Ruffles Catering originated from the acquisition of “Cooked by Jackie,” a well-established catering company in the lower North Shore of Sydney with 15 years of experience. Our team is supported by industry veterans, including Jackie Stevens, Andrew Brown and Chef Mark Kay who bring a combined experience of over a century in catering, restaurants, and hospitality.
